What to bring?

We suggest you consider each item on our detailed list on this page and, at the same time, use careful criteria in the quantity and size of the products you pack, taking into account the duration of their shipment. Remember that the more compact you pack, the lighter the load will be during your long walks through the jungle. Some of our programs have special requirements; Specific information will be provided once the expedition or training in the jungle is chosen. Here’s a basic packing list:

Personal Equipment

→ Insect Repellent with DEET.
→ Minimum SPF 40 sunscreen.
→ Elements for Personal Hygiene.
→ Personal First Aid Kit.
→ Personal Hydration Bottles.
→ Personal Water Filter.
→ Waterproof Protective Bag for cameras or electronic equipment.
→ Flashlight with Replacement Batteries.
→ Camera and/or Video Camera (optional).
→ Enough Batteries for Your Equipment.
→ Power Bank and/or Solar Charger (optional).
→ Binoculars (optional).
→ Notebook (optional).
→ Personal Tent (optional).
→ Lightweight Inflatable Sleeping Mat (optional).
→ Lightweight Sleeping Bag (optional).
→ Inflatable Pillow (optional).

Essential Clothing

→ Comfortable Quick Dry Pants.
→ Long Sleeve Shirt.
→ Short Sleeve T-Shirts.
→ Swimsuit.
→ Underwear.
→ Long Socks for Rubber Boots.
→ Towel.
→ Hat or Cap.
→ Rain poncho.

→ Trekking Shoes.
